Membership Services

   

  •    All rented lockers must be registered.

    • Short lockers: 6 month $50, 9 month $60, 12 month $65. Long lockers: 12 month $80.

    • Single day use lockers are available for you while you workout, free-of-charge.

  • Towel Rentals: 25¢ each towel or 20-Towel Punch Card $5

  • One free weight room/cardio room orientation for all new members.

  • Equipment: Basketballs, racquets and racquetballs, volleyball etc. can be checked out with no charge.

  • Racquetball Court: There is no additional fee for the racquetball court. Members may reserve an hour of court time per day up to one week in advance.

A great way to relieve stressors midday. Come on in, let us guide you through a relaxing yet challenging yoga. One that will leave you relaxed with energy to finish the day.

 

Senior Chair Yoga

M/W/F 9-9:30am 
Stress free yoga that utilizes a chair to increase strength, balance and flexibility. 

 
Sport Yoga

M/W 5:30-6:30pm 
Sport yoga is a combination of Hatha Yoga and Pilates, mat exercise. This class is a relaxing way to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and a way to relieve stress.

Aqua Fitness

M/W/F 10-11am, 1-2pm 
T/TH 2:15-3:15pm, 5:30-6:30pm

Let the water cushion your workout! This class with get your heart rate up at the same time giving a gentle massage to your joints. This low impact, high-energy class is taught in our heated pool. Swimming skills are not necessary.

Biggest Loser Class

(Must interview with Jan)
3-month commitment for one day a week.
This is a life-changing class! You will learn about nutrition and eating healthy on top of learning how to move your comfort zone to a whole new level! The benefits of weight loss will happen. This is a group effort where we will sweat, laugh and encourage each other.

 

Health & Wellness Outdoors/Indoors

T/TH/F 3:45-4:30pm

Creative, bootcamp like activities outdoors/indoors. 

Kettlebells

M/W/F 5:30-6:30am, T/TH 5:30-6:30pm
This class combines strength training, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Incorporating the principles of high-intensity full body training, our kettlebell class will get your heart rate up and your body sweating! All skill levels are welcome and exercises can be modified to fit each individual’s limitations.

 

Pickleball

M/W/F 8-10am, W 5-7pm, SUN 4-6pm

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Saturday Boot Camp

SAT 8:30-9:30 AM

Higher intensity workout that provides cardio, muscle toning and an overall calorie burning workout.
 

Senior Circuit

M/W/F 10-11am

A class that incorporates cardio and strength training into one workout. During each session you will engage all muscle groups making it a total body workout. Perfect for those who have never participated in strength training, or those who are just starting out on their fitness journey!

Senior Weight Lifting

T/TH 9:30-10:30 am

Slower-paced, attention to form that will improve muscle strength, bone density, and general movement in a fun group atmosphere. All fitness levels and seniors welcome.

Spin Class

M/W/F 5:30-6:15am

T/TH 5:15-6am

Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. 

Tabata

M/W 12:30-1pm

Tabata is a 20 min high intensity workout. You will get a hard workout in a short amount of time, perfect for a mid day break. Tabata is done in rounds of high intensity with short rests, which helps build up your endurance and get you in shape! 

Silver Sneakers****

M/W 11am-12pm, T/TH 10:30-11:30am

These programs are designed to improve your flexibilities, increase your range of motion, control your weight and enjoy a social setting.

  • Payments made before each session starts.

  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance, or no refund.

  • Refresher session after intial consultation will be an extra $10 for a

    maximum of 15 minutes.



 
  • Available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced training status.

  • Programs will be designed based off of an individual’s current abilities and goals that they would like to be achieved.

  • Training sessions will be scheduled around what works best for you.

  • By signing up for a time, you will be held more accountable in exercising more regularly and will be able to receive the motivation that you need to keep going!

  • Learn tips and proper/safe techniques for all exercise.
